What do I do after I get in an accident?

1. Contact your agent,

2. Get all the insurance information, and person(s) names form the other party and pictures of the scene. Also get the officers name that is handling it.Then if your vehicle needs to be towed, tell them where you want it towed too (usually the shop that will be doing the repairs). If driveable then go to the shop that you want to do the repairs and get a written est.. Either the shop is on the Insurance companies referral program and will fax the est. straight to the ins., or you can take it to your agent. If you would like you may contact Precision Auto Body & Frame and they will be glad to help.

What should a complete tune-up include?
Our list of items that should be included in a "complete" tune-up include: replace spark plugs, replace rotor(if equipped), check distributor cap (if equipped & replace if necessary), check ignition wires (replace if necessary), check battery/charging voltage, check vehicle computer for trouble codes, install new air filter, replace fuel filter, replace PCV valve, check all vital fluid levels(engine oil, transmission fluid, coolant, brakes, power steering) and check belts and hoses.
Engine Light On?
If light comes on while driving or remains on, your vehicle mey have an emissions or sensor problem and should be analyzed. If light flashes, the condition is more severe and must be checked immediately to prevent catalytic converter damage.
How often should my tires be rotated?
For maximum mileage, rotate your tires about every 5,000 miles or every two oil changes (approx. 6000 miles). Watch for tire wear-visual check, Exposed tread bars, Irregular shoudler wear (outer edge, both inner and outer, or center wear) means that your tires whould be looked at by a professional and then possible require to be replaced. Another quick check, place a penny in the tire tread, if you see Lincoln's head, the treads are worn and need replacing.
